Of course, what these people do is use mal-ware to hijack other people's e-mail addresses. I'm sure who ever is the actual owner of that e-mail address has no idea about all of this.
Yesterday, I got similar note twice from 2 different e-mail addresses.
The one that came first was from:

Subject Line: For Job Seeker. CareerBuil
The second one was from:
vini12@oi.com.br
Subject Line: Urgent: To Job Seeker. Job on CareerBuil
Wow!! It's so important they sent it twice, the second time marked "urgent." Of course, there's no such job and since I received these e-mails, everything I do on my new laptop is notably slower--every click. PSYOPS is simply disabling and disrupting the person secretly. That's what they're doing to me. I also mentioned "double-binds" recently. On that note, at least both of these e-mails from 2 different addresses were signed--by the same person. Interesting, no?
